Windows Resizer Tool
This is an awesome tool, check out other windows addons here

The link is on the right side of the page. Basically it allows you to select one or multiple photos, right click to open the windows menu, and hit a resize option. It gives you a good selection of options (400X400 ish up to 1200X1200 ish), works very quickly, and has the option to make new copies or resize the originals.
A must have for any windows user, I'm in awe of how this wasn't included with windows, it's amazing.
